Following another interesting and successful lunch at Upper Chapel this week, we return to Shirley House (31 Psalter Lane, S11 8YL) for a bring and share evening meal on Monday 7th October at 6.00.
If you are worried about the growing -isms and -phobias around, come and get to know Sheffield people from different faith traditions. We meet to share food and develop friendships, and welcome everybody of any faith or none, old friends and newcomers.
(The new 218 bus leaves the interchange at 17.35 & 17.55)
We have booked a visit for 20 people to the National Holocaust Memorial Centre on Sunday 20th October, leaving Sheffield at 12 noon and returning for 5.30 pm. See their website for more information https://www.holocaust.org.uk
Admission will be free for paid-up members of Sheffield Interfaith, and £7-50 for non-members. Travel costs will be shared, a coach would be about £12 per head, or we may share private cars if we have enough volunteers to drive. (It is about 33 miles, taking about one hour). To book a place on the coach please email details of your name to sheffielfinterfaith@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible.
If you are wanting to come by car, or you can offer lifts please email us to that we can make the arrangements.
Please contact us on sheffieldinterfaith@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible to book.
